I had a case of a 90 year, near-bedridden patient who could not be easily transported, and might not tolerate even local anesthesia well, owing to multiple co-morbidities. Dr. Adhav did multiple house visits with his technician and they did a stellar job of avoiding dental procedures and instead designed prosthetic dentures which are helping the patient chew better and thus have more fiber and other food of choice.
